03. Installation and Linking with IPAS (Industrial Property Administration System) Software that is provided by DPDT. 
দরপত্রের মূল্য: ১,০০০ টাকা; দরপত্র জামানত: ১৯,৫০০ টাকা।
দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৬৫০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৯৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬৫০,০০০ ~ ১,৯৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Software should be developed/upgraded using Renowned Software Development language.
2. Software Develop/upgrade should be done using MySQL/Oracle Database as database.
3. Upgradation should be done using API (Application Programming Interface)
4. using API, Intellectual property software shall be integrated with IPAS (Industrial Property Administration System) Software - Version 3.1.1/4.0 - or provided by DPDT.
5. Prepare/upgrade customized reports as per requirement of DPDT.
6. e-Challa/AChallan Integration should be done with each form.
7. Email and SMS integration should be done for replying/replying with each form.
8. Experience in software development of any government Organization in Bangladesh.
09. Copy of updated trade license should be submitted.
10. Copy of Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate should be submitted.
11. Copy of National ID or Passport of Authorized Person (First 2 pages of Passport) should be submitted.
12. One photo copy of Authorized Person should be submitted.
13. Compiled source code should be handed over to the DPDT authorities after completing the activities.
14. The software should be developed by preparing the form with the data of the form provided by DPDT.
15. During Software Development, the design of some forms or information may be changed/extended according to the laws/rules of the Department or the needs of the department, it should be added/deleted by the company.
16. After software installation, the service should be provided minimum 02 (two) years.  
17. The authority can order cancellation of contract at any time without assigning any reason.
