প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Copy of valid manufacturer/authorized distributorship(where applicable). Any kind of Dealer/Reseller/Supplier is not acceptable.
(ii) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(iii) Copy of current year Income Tax Return Certificate.
(iv) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate or BIN Certificate.
(v) Copy of proprietorship/partnership deed/memorandum of association/certificate of Incorporation.
(vi) Delivery schedule must be mentioned in the offer.
(vii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receive Section, Procurement & Logistics Support Directorate, Admin. Building, Biman, Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka basis.
(viii) Payment will be made after delivery of goods/items through cheque.
(viii) 10 Ea sample shall be submitted along with the offer (sample shall be with bidders seal and signature). Interested bidder may submit sample from the date of floating of the tender (up to office hours of all working days) to 1100 Hrs (LT) of tender closing date.
(iX) Copy of current bank solvency certificate in the tender.
