Attention:
• Any obscure documents submitted by the contractor will be considered unacceptable.
• Turnover calculation only payment certificate will be acceptable.
• Completed certificates will not be accepted as turnover.
• The completion certificate has to be submitted in the prescribed PWD format Otherwise not acceptable
• The contractor will be deemed to be directly disqualified if any false Information.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 85.00 lakh (Total
Amounting Tk. 85.00 X5 = 425.00 Lakh) over the last 5( Five) years, counting backward from the date
of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk  60.00 Lakh under of of Contract(s) over a period of last 05  years shall be required.
The Tender shall have minimum amount of liquid assets of TK. 25.00 lac. (Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of Credit Not before 09.04.2023).
* Contractors with 0% work progress cannot participate in the Tender.
