* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫০০,০০০ ~ ১,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of the general experience of the Tenderer shall be Five (05) years
b) The Tenderer must have a specific experience in pest control works of an amount not less than Tk. 3,50,000/- (Three lakh Fifty Thousand taka only) within the last 05 (five) years in any Govt. owned/Autonomous/ Semi-Govt Organization/ Public Limited Power Company. Only a work completion certificate as a Supporting document must be submitted by the tenderer. NOA, Purchase order, Work Order, Contract, etc are not acceptable.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka Three Lac (3,00,000/-). Issue date of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) must be within the last 3 (three) months from the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer should have a valid Trade License, should be financially solvent, Income Tax payee, should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule of Procurement policy-2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
N.B: years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.
