প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 130 Lakh under single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 128 lakh over the last 5 years.Use standard format average annual construction turnover.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 117 lakh. Use standard format incase of line of credit.
5. Tender Capacity Tk 150 Lakh.
Note that (a) Boring rate must be higher with depth increase.
                      (b) Boring Rate must be realistic. Unreleastic low rate in Boring shall make Tenderer Non-Responsive.
