* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১১০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Building Construction work (including civil, sanitary , water supply and electrification works) above five storied building amounting to TK 315.00 lakh (Three hundred fifteen lakh) completed within the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomus Organization of Bangladesh.
(i) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 650.00 (Six hundred fifty Lakh) over the last 5(Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh supported by payment certificates.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 150.00 (One hundred fifty Lakh) Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form e-PW3-5, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date ABC Electric License and Electric Supervisory License of his own.
(f) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Trade licence and VAT Registration Certificate.
(g) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 340.00 lakh (Three hundred Forty lakh).
