* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০১ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of construction works in Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.45.00 (Twenty Five) Lac only in a single contract. Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk.50.00 (Fifty ) Lac. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 ( Five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.50.00 (Fifty) Lac. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents (Form PW3-7) ,Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive.
e) Tender Capacity shall be Tk.55.00 (Fifty Five) Lac.
f) Must have Up to Date ABC and PWD enlistment, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration certificate & Trade licence.
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tender as shown in section-2 & section-4 to tender Document.
