প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) Number of Repair/Renovation/ Maintenance work of minimum Tk. 7,50,000 (seven lakh fifty thousand) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 3 (three) years.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3(three) years of Tk. 10,00,000 (ten lakh). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 10,00,000 (ten lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 8,00,000 (eight lakh)
(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(g) up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
