3. Reputed Tenderer/ Supplier who have minimum 5(five) years of general experiences in the field of supply of laboratory equipment. Document in support of 5 yearsgeneral experience should be submitted.
4. Must have submitted supply record of similar type of equipment with valid contract address & phone/mobile no.
5. Previous work order (minimum 20 lakhs taka, individual work order) and at least 02 nos. end user satisfactory certificates for similar types of equipment supply.
6. Original/Printed catalogue of all related equipment must be attached in which the offered model, type & all technical description/ specifications should be mentioned.
7. Manufacturer authorization certificate. Local third party authorization will not be accepted.
