If any Quotationer involves/try to involve in any kind of Fraudulence, Corruption, Collusive and Cohesive work, it must be considered Professional Misconduct & Offence and Legal Action may be taken according to PPR-2008 against the Relevant Tenderer/Tenderers without any Notification or Accountability.
6) Tenderer must fill up all Columns and must submit all the documents required in the Required Documents List of the e-Quotation Submission Letter form tab.
7) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased, or increased as per field condition/design/administrative approval/budget allocation for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order. Bill is subjective to getting fund from GOB
