N:B: The tenderer must readout the tender documents before the tender submission.
1. Enlisted A1 category Contractors/Firms of are eligible.
2. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities (must unconditional) of the tenderer shall be BDT. 35.00 Lakh only. In case of bank statement submitted by the tenderer (day end statement of concerned bank), the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
3. Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.
4. Those who has not yet completed the previously awarded contracts in time will not be eligible in this tender according to Honorable Prime Minister’s Office Order 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-241, Date: 12-08-2019 & CPTU Letter Memo No. 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202, Date: 10-10-2019.
5. Satisfying the other criteria laid down in this tender documents.
6. The Retention Money will be 10% & Performance security will be 5% to 10% as per ppr 2008.
