প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Tenderer should have recent inclusion certificate from PGCL or enlistment certificate from any other company of petrobangla under 1.3 categories as gas pipeline contractor.
2. The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one(1) contract of similar nature successfully completed within the last ten(10) years, each with a value of at least taka 7,20,000 (Seven lac Twenty thousand) only.
3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than taka 20,00,000 (Twenty lac) only over the best five (5) years in the last ten (10) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Taka 9,00,000(Nine lac) only issued by the bank not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders.
