* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firm who have Minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience in successfully completion of at least 1(One) number of RCC building construction work including civil, sanitary, electrification works amounting to Tk. 250.00 Lakh in a single work order in Government semi-Government/Autonomous Organization during last 5(Five) years as stated in TDS of Tender documents.
c) In case of work done under any Government / semi-Government / Autonomous Bodies/Government Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer of the organization (Not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. .
d) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 500.00 Lakh during the last 5(Five) years. All work done and Payment certificate must be submitted.
e) Liquid Assets or Credit facilities against the work shall be Tk. 250.00 Lakh Only as stated in Tender & Contract forms PW3-7 of Tender document. (Bank Certificate/Transaction statement in this regard should be issued not more than 28(Twenty Eight) days before the date of submission of the Tender
f) List of All On-going works must be submitted. Otherwise they will be treated as a non-responsive bidder.
g) Valid VAT registration certificate and up to date Income tax certificate
h) Upto date Valid Trade License.
i) The Tenderer must have up to date Electrical ABC and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, Govt. of Bangladesh
j) Other Conditions as per Tender Documents
