b) 5 (five) years of general experience & 3 (three) years of specific experience required.
c) Have to be capable of providing service in Cox's Bazar
d) Other eligibility criteria imposed in TDS and tender document, and
e) Other criteria per PPR-2008 and PPA-2006 (with the latest amendment)
