* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩০,০০০,০০০ ~ ৯০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All e-Gp Registered tenderer in Bangladesh & who fulfill the Qualification Criteria as below:
i) Local manufacturer of uPVC pipe and moulded fittings (min. 250mm dia) who have industrial license, Environmental clearance certificate from the directorate of environment (DOE), Three years over all production and two year specific experience for supplying of uPVC pipe and fittings (i.e. 250mm outer dia uPVC pipes & Moulded Fittings) in Govt. or Semi Govt. organization.
ii) Factory test reports have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
iii) Tenderer must have updated trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, TIN and VAT (BIN) registration certificate.
iv) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item (i.e. 1m uPVC pipe 2 pieces, T-joint 2 pieces, 90° Bend 2 pieces, End cap 2 pieces in Rajshahi regional store before Submition of tender.
v) Laboratory test report (BUET/RUET/BMDA Lab) of 250mm, SDR-65 uPVC pipe & Moulded uPVC Fitting must be submitted with tender document.
vi) Pre-award Factory inspection during the production of Goods may be conducted by BMDA Nominated Inspection Committee.
vii) The satisfactory completion on similars goods (250mm outer dia uPVC pipes & moulded fittings) of minimum under 02 (two) contract in the last 05 (Five) years is 2.5 crore.
viii) The minimum production capacity of the factory are 250mm outer dia. uPVC pipe 2000 meter per day .
Above mentioned documents shall be submitted during submission of tender.
