প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
-The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the civil construction , repair & renovation work as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor should be minimum 5 years in gov./semi gov./autonomous body.
-The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in civil construction, repair and renovation and at least 1 no contract of above nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of Tk. 7 Lac in gov./semi gov./autonomous body.
-If the tenderer quote rate more than 10% less or above, the tender will not be acceptable as per amendment of PPR 2008.
-The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15 Lac over the last 3 years.
-The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 7 Lac.
-Other eligibility of the tenderer are as per TDS.
