* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in Supplying and Installation for Lab Equipments.
2) Experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/ Autonomous organization during last 5 (Five) years of Tk. 30.00 Lac for a single work-order and shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department/organization.
3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk 90.00 lac for years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper. Turn over must be authenticated by NBR.
4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 26.00 lac for only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted upto 30 (Thirty) days before, from the date of opening tender.
5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.
6) The tenderer must possess:
i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate,
ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate,
iii) Up to date trade license,
iv) Updated ISO Certificate,
v) Original Catalogue/Brochures,
vi) Certificate of incorporation and Manufacturer authorization must be submitted.
vii) Must be submitted CE Mark Certificate.
viii) JVCA is not allowed.
7) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet of tender documents
8) Marketing experiences of the products in home or abroad must be submitted.
