প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspapers.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT: 4,50,000.00 (Four Lac Fifty Thousand Only)
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT: 15,30,000.00 (Thirteen Lac Thirty Thousand Only) over the last 5 (five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT: 4,50,000.00 (Four Lac Fifty Thousand Only).
e) The minimum capacity shall be BDT: 6,20,000.00 (Six Lac Twenty Thousand Only)
