প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderers must have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law and in support of their qualification, the tenderer must submit the following documents with their e-tender:
1. Valid Trade License for FY 2022-2023.
2. Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for tax year 2022-2023.
3. VAT Registration Certificate.
4. The tenderer must have specific experience with similar goods of at least one (1) contract completed successfully within the last three years, with a contract value of at least 6 lakh taka.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakh Only). The liquid asset certificate must be issued after the publication date of IFT in the e-GP System.
Without one of these, the tender may be considered non–responsive.
