* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০,০০০,০০০ ~ ২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor shall be 5(five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience in similar nature Medical gas & vacuum pipe line system(MGVPS) Works of BDT 75,00,000.00(Tk. Seventy Five Lakh) in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper
(c) The minimum average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,70,000,00.00 (Tk. One crore Seventy Lakh) in the last 5(Five) years. Payment certificates for works in progress or completed under public sector during last five years must be submitted along with tender. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets in form of working capital or credit facilities of Tk 80,00,000.00(Tk Eighty Lakh). In case of Line of credit, certificates must be unconditional and specified for this work only submitted in the prescribed Form of CPTU from any scheduled bank.
(e) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 90,00,000.00 (Tk Ninety Lakh)
(f) Up to date ABC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license issued from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board must be submitted.
(g) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance and VAT registration certificate must be submitted.
(h) The firms which are already debarred by the World Bank are not eligible to participate in this tender.
(i) All other Conditions as mentioned in TDS, PCC, and Section 8 of STD of tender documents must be full filled.
