প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The tenderer must submit updated authorization letter for submission against the tender ID. Incase of submission of inaccurate authorization letter, the tender shall be considered as non-responsive.
b. Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment Certificate from the respective PE’s office.
c. If the quoted rate is 10% less or more than the approved estimated value, the bidder must submit item wise rate analysis as per RHD current rate schedule. Bidder is considered rejected or non-responsive if the rate of any item is found inconsistent with the market rate or if rate analysis is not submitted.
d. The Tenderer must have completion of Similar Nature of Work at least Tk. 15.00 lac under a single contract over a period of 3(three) years shall be required (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
