দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ১৬,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer must submit the following updated documents:
(i) Copy of valid Trade License of current year.
(ii) Copy of certificate from the competent authority stating that current Income Tax Return.
(iii) Copy of Up-to-date (i.e. having 11 digits) valid VAT Registration Certificate.
(iv) Letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Bidder.
(v) Manufectarare Authorization Letter.
(vi) Bank Solvency Certificate
(vi) Food Grad Certificate
The tenderer has to fulfill/agree to the following conditions:
(i) Delivery schedule must be maintained strictly. Liquidated Damage as per Biman’s policy will be applied in case of delay in delivery after scheduled time.
(ii) Value is to be quoted on the basis of supplying items at Local Receipt Section, P&LS Directorate, Admin Building, Biman, HSIA, Dhaka basis.
(iii) 02 (Two) pcs samples (Non-refundable) must be submitted by the bidder. Noted that interested bidder may submit sample from the floating date of tender (in office hours of working days) to 1130hrs (LT) of tender closing date. All participants are requested to submit sample in their letter head pad describing the complete specifications duly signed by the bidder.
(iv) Biman Bangladesh Airlines reserves the right either to increase or decrease the quantity and to accept or reject any or all Tenders at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
(v) Payment will be made after delivery of goods through bank cheque.
The Successful bidder
(i) must submit 02 (Two) pcs working sample within 07 days after confirmation from Biman’s side.
(ii) must submit 10% security money on total value after issuing the notification of award (NOA).
