* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer must have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods or services.
(b) The satisfactory completion of the supply of spare parts to the Power Sector of Taka minimum 30,00,000/- (Thirty lacs) under a single contract in the last 3 (Three) years which shall be supported by an End User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed mentioning Contract Value and Date of Supply.
(c) The Tenderer must update the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Taka 30,00,000/- (Thirty lacs). The issue date of the Bank Certificate/ balance sheet regarding liquid assets must be in three months before the tender closing date.
(d) The Tenderer must have a valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate. The income Tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rule of Procurement Policy -2015 of the Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
