* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,২৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum [03 ( Three)] years of general experience in Construction works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least [01(one)] number of similar nature of construction works worth not less than Tk [9.00 (Nine Point Zero Zero) Lakh] only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last [03 ( Three)]years.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk [54.00 (Fiftty Four Point Zero Zero)Lakh] over the last [03 ( Three)] years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [30.00 (Thirty Point Zero Zero) Lakh]
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
6.up to date ABC licence and supervisory certificate.
7.All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
Special Instructions:
(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT clause no.
30.3, Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent
above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
(B) In case of tie for the evaluated price, the lowest evaluated tenderer shall
be selected based on past performance mentioned in ITT clause no.30.4. So
all tenderers are requested to submit the related documents mentioned in ITT
clause no.30.4 (form e-PW2-2[A]).
(C) No JVCA is allowed.
The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh
