Tenderer Should have the followings
This Invitation for Tenders is open/limited to Tenderers as specified in the TDS.
1. Tenderer should have valid upto dated Trade licences, Latest Income Tax certificate, valid e-TIN certificate, VAT, Bank solvency, Nationality certificate, Authorization Letter and Evedience of liquid asset.
2. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, under the Applicable Law.
3. Tenderers must have precursor chemical/ similar chemical import license/ genunine chemical production factorys agent documents.
4. Tenderers must have at least 01(one) similar Acid supply experience along with Acid selling license and Acid Carrying License otherwise tender will be non-responsive.
5. Tenderers must submit each 1000mL sample of Hydrochloric Acid before 29/05/2023, 11.30 in office of the cheif chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj in suitable Jar/Bottle to fulfill the requirements as mentioned in specification in tender documents otherwise the tenderer will be non responsive.
6. Tenderers must fulfill the requirements of TDS & PCC.
7. Tenderers must submit a writter commitment that they are committed to supply estimated quantity in different segments as purchaser wants.
8. Tenderers must submit end user certificate as a proof of chemical supply experiences.
9. Tenderers shall provide evidences of their continued eligibility satisfactory to the Procuring Entity, as the Procuring Entity will reasonably reques
10. Tenderer will have to fillup the required sections with proper data, The "enclosed" written will not be exceptable if so the tenderer may reject or nonresponsive.
