* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,২০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,০৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2) Following documents are to be submitted/uploded.
(a) The minimum of years of General experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
(b) Specific experienc of satisfactory of supply of Goodssimilar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contracrs and each with a minimum value, over the period , as specified in TDS;
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 22,00,000/- under maximum 03(three) contracts in the last 03(three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum experience as supplier in supply in similar goods of at least 01(one) contracts successfully completed within the last 03(three) years, each with a value Tk.8,00,000/-.
(c) Certificate of Bank solvency with Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.25,00,000 /- issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP System.[FORM PG3-8]
(d) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(e) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(f) e-BIN Registration Certificate (13 Digit).
(g) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company)
(h) Sample 200 gm Unnotamaner Moshur Dal Soru must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Cumilla Central Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(i) All others terms and conditions stated in TDS and PCC.
