1. Renewed & Upto date Trade Licence of City Corporation/Municipal/Up.
2. Upto date VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Income Tax Certificate of Income Tax Year 2021- 2022 & FY 2022-2023.
4. Bank Solvency Certificate. Bank Statement/Line of credit Concisting of 1.50 (One point five) Lakh TK from Published date to any dates.
5.Scanned copy of National ID Card
6. Minimum 03 (Three) years Experience Certificate of Related work/Item in egp System.
7.Specific Signature of Tenderer Attacheted by Gazetted officer.
8. Tenderers must have experience to supplying similar goods amounting to tk. 1.50 lakh within last 5 (Five) years. Tenderers must submit completion certificate supporting to specific work experience.
