NID Certificate.
Valid Trade License renewed up to Date.
Income tax clearance Certificate Renewed up to Date.
VAT registration certificate up to Date. Must submit Written confirmation authorizing the signatory (Authorization Letter)
of the Tenderer at his/her own firm's pad mentioning tender ID, work's name etc.
Special Instructions:
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall
result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred
by this PE
