প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS and PCC.
a) The minimum period of general experience of the tenderer shall be at least 05 (Five) years.
b) Tenderer must submit updated Trade License, TIN & VAT registration certificate.
c) Bidder must have Liquid Assets/Credit Line facilities of BDT Tk. 60 (Sixty) lacs only.
d) Satisfactory completion of 02 (Two) RFID based library Automation Projects in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
e) The minimum specific experience of supplier in supply of similar goods of at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk.50 (fifty) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.
f) Bidder must provide CV and qualification certificate of OEM certified engineer in their organization for RFID equipment.
g) Manufacturer Authorization letter is required.
h) Bidder must declare in letter headpad to provide training by the certified professionals to train up the employees of the procuring entity.
i) Satisfactory completion of 02(Two) Library Management Software in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization.
