All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. Tenders shall be evaluated in e-GP system with the help of online RHD database system-TDMS & TCiS ( Tender and Contract Information System). If there is any conflicting information in TDMS,TCiS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
c. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (owned, leased or rented), personnel list etc. of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS & TCiS.
d. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed).
e. If any same certificate found in twice or more in the scrutining of the tender evaluation process, the tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
f. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than Five percent (5%) compared to RHD Rate schedule 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
