1. Only e-GP registered tender/Firms can participate to the Tender.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criterias which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderer should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format (From PW2a-3) is attached in section-7 in TDS.
4. Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will entertain.
5. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
6. After completion the tender opening process. If disable to download the important documents of the tender. Which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
7. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.
8. Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable. Contractor will take video & still Picture before and after of the work.
9. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the past performance Evaluation matrix. So, authenticated information along with documents will have to be incorporated with the tender. Planned & Actual start/commencement & completion date will have to clearly mentioned in the work certificate.
10. Arrangement of land or working area (if any) need to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this regard will be entertained. Also the work will be completed by tenderer of his own management of site.
11. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any/all tender(s) without showing any reason.
