প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 3 (three) years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Experience of at least 01 (one) contract of related works completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk. 1.5 lac. under Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work was done under any Govt/Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over in last 5 years of Tk 8.0 lakh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 2 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit.Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) Tender Capacity of Tk 1.5 lac .
(f) The tenderer must posses
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license
iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license
