Note for this work:
1.There is no allocation of fund against this work in this Fiscal year 2022-2023. As proposal for repairing the work under NDR Budget had been sent to MoWR and but due to scarcity of fund availability, approval has been given only for execution of work without allocation of fund.
2.Payments of executed work will be made next fiscal year upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.
3.Due to strong currents and waves of the Meghna River, positioned dumping by barge is difficult here after 15 May
4.To assure the safety of the river port and adjacent area, it is urgently required to repair the damaged portion of revetment work by dumping of CC. Block and Geo-bag before 15 May, Considering the need of completion of the work after approval. tendering with a catastrophe condition is declared by HOPE of this organisation.
5.If the dumping work cannot be completed within the pre monsoon/flood season, there is a huge possibility of damage to the partial work.
6.Quality & quantity of works shall be checked by BWDB Task Force Committee.
