দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ২০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকার চেয়ে বেশি কিন্তু ২ কোটি টাকার সমান বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,২৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২১,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Contractor’s Trade License of Betagi Pourashava, NID card photo copy, Blue Book photo copy, TIN Certificate, BIN Certificate with Vat Registration and other’s related document (if any) must submit with Tender in e-GP system.
b. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
c. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years (2017-18 , 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22) with a value of at least BDT. 50,26,000.00 ( Fifty Lakh Twenty Six Thousand.)
d. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 78,66,000.00 (Seventy Eight Lakh Sixty Six Thousand) over the best 3 years in the last 5 years.(2017-18 , 2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21 & 2021-22)
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 19,67,000.00 (Nineteen Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand).
f. The amount of Tender Security is Tk. 2,17,000.00 (Two Lakh Seventeen Thousand)
