প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
A.The Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & regulations,
B. Following ducuments are to be Submitted/uploaded
(i) The minimum 03 (three) years general experience of supply of similar goods and related services in any Goverments Organizations  as a supplier,i.e.years  counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply similar goods and related service of minimum Tk. 50,000/-(Fifty Thousend) under maximum 01 (one) contract in the last 03(Three) years,  i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-Gp System.
(iii) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities shall be of Tk. 55,000/- (Fifty Five Thousend) [Issued by March/2023] [ Form PG2-5]
(iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as a Supplier;
(v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate; [2022-2023]
(vi) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(vii) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company) and authorization letter or contract deed with the importer/supplier when treader is a bidder ;
(viii) Sample [200 gm. Unnatomaner Cholaer Dal] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Banderbanban Dist. jail as per Tecnical Specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(ix) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(x) One copy of passport size photograph of tenderer.
(x) Photocopy of NID
(xi) All Certificates must be attested by 1st class Govt. gazetted officer.
(xii) All othres treams and condition sated in TDS and PCC.
