* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৫৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ১৭০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This Invitation for Tender is Open to all Qualified Tenderers as Mentioned Below:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime
contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC
construction works of at least 1(one) number contract of similar nature(Building Construction including E/M
Works) successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Crore in
Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization.
3. The Tenderers shall have a minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover Tk 12 (Twelve) Crore over the
last 5 (five) years or best 3(Three) years in the last 5 (five) years. Payment certificates of works contract in
progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual
construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the
Tenderers shall be Tk 4.00 (Four
) Crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender
publication and submission date.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk 6.0 (Six) Crore.
6. The Tender must possess Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Valid VAT Registration Certificate,
Trade License, ABC Category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board of
Bangladesh.
7. All other eligibility and prequalification will be counted as per TDS, PCC & ITT.
