* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Reputed Contractors who have the following eligibility Criteria as mentioned below:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the electro-mechanical works shall be five (05) years. b) The minimum specific experience (1.0 (One) no. 1000 KVA Sub-Station with related works & 1.0 (One) no. 500 KVA Generator with related works), as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of 1000 KVA Sub-Station & 500 KVA Generator similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (05) years with a value of at least Tk.270.00 Lac of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh. The above experience/ work completion certificate in a prescribed form A (attached herewith) shall have to be submitted as follows:
i) In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of the district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The required Average Annual Electrical Turnover shall be greater than Tk.510.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years.
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.130.00 Lac BDT.
