প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License (Supplier)
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Further Development of Patuakhali Science and Technology University(2nd Phase) project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk.110.00 Lakh.
e. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.80.00 Lakh.
f. The required Average Annual Related Electrical Turnover shall be greater than Tk.200.00 Lac for within the last five (05) years.
g. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
h. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply, must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5).
