প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All Tender must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR-2008
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD).
(I) Last 03 (three) years general experience of supply of Goods and related services in any government organization;Years cunting bacward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(II) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk.2.6 Lakh under 1 (one) contract in any government organization successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years i.e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(III) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of minimum Tk.2,6 Lakh  (From PG3-8);
(IV) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(V) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(VI) e-BIN (13 digit) registration certificate;
(VII) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Sample [200 gm Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in 3(Three) transparent containers to the Jail as per sample and techinical specifications before tender opening date and time.
