* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১০০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
01. Manufacturer/Manufacturer's Authorized Representative/ Exclusive Agent of Manufacturer is eligible to participate in the tender. If the bidder is not the Manufacturer,  Authorization letter from the Manufacturer must be submitted with the tender. Bidder shall have exclusive agency agreement /Authorization with the pump motor manufacturer.
02. Bidder shall have 5(five) Years of General Experience of goods & related services (pump-motor) at least 400 lakhs under maximum 02(two) contracts (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.) in the supply of  Pump-Motor in any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous organizations.
03. Bidder shall have a minimum specific experience of supply of similar goods (2 cusecs low lift pump-motor) with a value of 350 lahks in a single contract within the last 2(two) Years in any Govt./Semi Govt./ Autonomous organizations.
04. Manufacturer shall have a CE certificate
05 Bidder shall have ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001: 2015 certificate
06. Bidder shall submit satisfactory test certificate of offered goods from BUET/RUET/MIST or any other Government recognized organization.
06. The bidder must submit  sample of one set of Centrifugal Pump-Motor and star delta starter, to the address mentioned in TDS before submission of offer. The original copy of the receipt of the same must be enclosed with the offer. No offer will be entertained without the submission of a sample
07. Bidder must submit all the required papers and documents to prove their eligibility as per tender documents (including Technical specifications and Special terms and conditions).
All experience certificates are to be submitted as per the prescribed format of PPR -2008 (As per Attachment) in any government/semi-government/autonomous organizations.
