a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 5 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum Tk. 1350000(Thirteen Lakh fifty thousand) Lac only under single contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years from Government/Semi Govt./autonomous organization in Bangladesh shall be required
c) No Joint Venture (JV) shall be permissible under this Invitation for Tenders. Tenders submitted in the form of JV shall be considered non-responsive.
d) Payment will be made upon availability of fund. For this no claim will entertain.
