প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous are Eligible having following qualifications/ capacities.
(a) Minimum 01 (One) years of General experience in the supply of goods and related services as specified in the TDS; i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The satisfactory Specific Experience of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 2.50 lac under maximum 01 (One) contracts in the last 03 (Three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk. 3.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PG2-4) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
(d) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled as per latest Amendment.
(e) Authority may take appropriate legal action against any person who violates the rules of PPA-2006 and PPA-2008, files any complaint or disturbs public interest or obstructs procurement by false information, Authority preserve all rights to accept or reject all tender without any cause.
