প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulations;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/ uploaded;
(1) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years. I.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper;
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of Tk.4,20,000/- (Four Lakh Twenty Thousand) only under 2(Two) contracts in the last 03 (three) years. I.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper; (NOA, Contract deed, work order or completion certificate must be submitted).
(3) Certificate of bank solvency with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities shall be Tk. 4,50,000/-(Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) only.
(4) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(5) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) Sample [200 gm. Mashur Dal-Saru] must be submitted in 03 (Three) transparent containers to the Jail super on or before tender opening date and time.
