* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৩০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১০,০০০ ~ ৩৩০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation.
2. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded.
(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 80,000/- under maximum 02(Two) contracts in the last 03(three) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c)  Certificate of Bank solvency with  Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.1,00,000/- issued between publication of IFT and submission date in the e-GP System [PG2-5];
(d) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier.
(e) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(f) e-BIN (13 Digits) Registration Certificate.
(g) Certificate of incorporation ( in case of limited company ).
(h) Sample 200 gm. Unnatamaner Cholar Dal must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the Jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
(i) All others terms and conditions stated in TDS and PCC.
