The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender.
1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format and must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). Tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
2.Tenderer must be Upload Tender Capacity paper (for proof of Tender Capacity). Tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
3.If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid asset & Tender Capacity.
4. If tenderer submits any fake certificate, action will be taken to debarment of the organization.
