* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৯,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Trade License, Vat Registration and Income Tax Certificate.
2.Tenderer must submit Credit Line (as per PG:3 format) or Bank Statement reflecting minimum 30 (Thirty) lac Taka as liquid asset.
3.Tenderer should have experience on supplying related Items amount of minimum 30 (Thirty) lac Taka in a single contract in last 03 (Three) years.
4.The tenderer must submit valid and up to dated Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
5. The tenderer must submit Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) authorization letter of the Pump Item (Rexroth).
6. Tenderer shall have to submit Sufficient Original Equipment Manufacturer’s (OEM) drawings and technical specifications/ technical data sheet of the pump.
7. The Tenderer must mention supply items Technical Specification and Country of Origin.
8. Tenderer shall have to submit Certificate from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or authorized entities of manufacturer confirming that, offered items must meet the design specification of the Units and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
9. Tenderer must submit Guarantee / Warranty Certificate for the equipment/ items/commissioning and its satisfactory performance 1 (One) years from the date of successful commissioning.
10.Tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favour of DD, RAO, Shahjibazar Power Station in the form of DD/Pay order from any Scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
11. The Tenderer must fulfil other conditions as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
