প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) All the Tenderer must follow the PPA-2006 & PPR 2008
b) Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded as per Standard Tender Document (STD)
(i) Last 03(Three) years General experience of supply of Goods and related services in any government organization; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper.
(ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum TK 28.00 (Twenty-Eight) lack under 02 (Two) contract in any government organization successfully completed (NOA, Contract Deed, Work Order, Completion certificate must be submitted) within the last 03 (Three) years i.e. counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(iii) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of minimum Tk.28.00 (Twenty Eight) lack (ITT Clause-15.1.a: From PG3-8);
(iv) Up-to-date Valid Trade License;
(v) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate.
(vi) e-BIN (13-digit) registration certificate;
(vii)  Certificate of incorporation (in case of the limited company)
(viii)Sample [200 gm Unnatamaner Masurdal (Mota)] must be submitted in (Three) Transparent containers to the Habiganj District Jail as per technical specifications on before tender opening date and time.
