প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following
qualifications/capacities.
1. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 7.00 (SEVEN) Lakh only under
01 [ONE] of contract(s) over a period of 05 [FIVE] years shall be required.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 24.00
[Twenty Four] Lakh only over the last 05 [Five] years.
3. The minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) Tk 10.00 [Ten] lakh only
from any Scheduled Bank, net of other contractual commitments, Supported by Bank
certificate and should be counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening
of tender.
4.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
5. All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must
be fulfilled.
6. The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a sheduled
Bank of Bangladesh.
Special Instructions:(A) As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 and according to ITT
clause no. 30.3 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent
above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. (B) In case of tie for
the lowest evaluated price, the tenderer shall be selected based on the “Past Performance
Evaluation Matrix” in ITT clause no.30.4 So all tenderers are requested to submit the
related documentsnmentioned in section-5 [in Form e-PW2-3 (A) & (in Form e-PW2-3
(B)].
