* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫৫০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৮৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৫৫০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The Tenderer shall have to provide valid & up-to-date Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) along with tax payment certificate or relevant documentary evidence & VAT registration certificate with number as a proof of fulfilment of taxation obligations under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh, and Bank Statement as a documentary evidence/proof of adequacy of minimum liquid assets from bank as specified in the TDS.
The tender shall be accompanied by a tender security in a favour of Deputy Director (Accounts), RAO, Khulna Power Station, BPDB, Khalishpur, Khulna in the form of DD/Pay Order from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
The tenderers shall have to provide proper documents reflecting successful experience on supplying related items within last 03 (three) years.
The tenderer shall have to submit current Financial Bank Solvency Certificate reflecting as a documentary evidence from any scheduled bank.
The successful bidder/contractor shall have to maintain the perfect-quality dresses with sustainable fabric colour, stitching/tailoring quality & style etc. and required BPDB logo, monogram, design etc. up to the satisfaction of concerned engineers.
The Tenderer must fulfill other conditions as per Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
N.B:
a. The quantity of summer & winter liveries may vary considering the respective situation of Khulna Power Station, BPDB.
