* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১০৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩২০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১০৬,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩২০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodies are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities:
1 . Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of experience in Construction works .
2. Experience in successful completion of at least 1(One) number of similar nature of Works amounting Tk.750.00 Lakhs during last 5(Five) years in a single tender in Govt./Semi Govt . /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (Five) years.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover of Tk.1300.00 Lakhs over the last 5 (Five) years.
4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/cash flow capacity of Tk.300.00 Lakhs.Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will result the tender non-responsive.
5. The tenderer must have a minimum tender capacity of Tk.950.00 Lakhs.
6. Fulfilling all other conditions mentioned in the TDS.
7. The tenderer must posses ;
ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
iii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iiii) Up-to-date trade license.
iiv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from
Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
v) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
